How long have you been on LP and how much are you squatting?
-
Im pretty weak. I've been dabbling around in LP for longer than I like to admit (about 1 year), but I never had a coach (I'm in Copenhagen, Denmark, not many good strength coaches around) and kept having issues with technique and pains everytime I came above 80 kg squat, so I'd keep deloading... I just started up again two months ago after a couple months of traveling, and my squat is now at 85 kg. I hope I won't stall anymore this time. But yeah, still a rookie

Because it will help you get and stay tighter, Squat more weight, and thus get stronger. You need to learn how to get tight under the bar(which you have for the most part, and this should be solidified by the time the belt arrives) first before using the belt. But after that, the belt is necessary

Good thread. You might also try an injection for trochanteric bursitis to knock the inflammation down
