when i go down in the squat with a bar on back i get a burning nerve pain near my left shoulder blade
this only happens when i have a bar on back
i have been trying shoulder dislocations with a band to fix this but it is not working

It can take awhile for these things to settle down. You will probably be able to slowly narrow your grip over time.
i have lost some fat, this is my current physique
i am doing push pull legs rest repeat with 30 min prowler every time i lift its going well
i used to do starting strength but i use creatine now so i can do more volume
tomorrow i will post a video of my squat
i have lifted twice today
4 hours of lifting, 1 hour prowler and 40 minutes of biking in one day
creatine is great i use 5 grams per day
