Hey Guys, I'll get right to the point. I cant gain weight. I sleep 8 hours a night or more, I eat at least 6500 calories a day and usually more, I am currently running the texas method, but I am stuck at 210 lbs. I also do a GOMAD each day.
    Current stats:

    sex: Male
    Age: 18
    Height: 6'2
weight: 210 (approx 15% Body Fat)
    Squat: 325x5
    Deadlift: 380x5
    Press: 155x5
    Bench: 220x5

Any help would be appreciated guys. Thanks!

Are you getting stronger? What are your lifts doing numbers wise? What is your waist measurement/other girth measurements doing?

lifts were progressing fine on texas method until i hit 210. all lifts have stagnated and micro loading works but just barely. girth measurements go up mostly in hips, legs and core section as my abs gets thicker with heavy weights. however they just suddenly stop as soon as i hit 210 and its like ive hit a ceiling. this happened a year ago as well.

Are you tracking all your calories? It's possible that you're actually eating that much and failing to gain weight, but far more likely that you're not tracking correctly/ at all.

Abs do hypertrophy, but not as significantly as people seem to think. If your waist area is getting larger, you're probably putting on fat.

If you're still convinced you are eating 6500 calories per day and want to gain weight, there are lots and lots of threads (and at least one article) about how to get more calories in.

    Google
    site:startingstrength.com can't eat enough
    site:startingstrength.com get more calories

    or anything like that.

Funny enough, I had my intensity day yesterday and actually broke through my strength plateau. maybe I am doing something right.

If you're not gaining weight, eat more.
