    Thanks Mitchell, weird enough the thread didn't update me :/ Anyways a little update. Took 1 week off completely off lifting, all aches are either gone or very minimal. Sleep is good! I have slept good but often wake up in the night cause it's so goddamn hot here in Sweden :/ didn't gain any weight though.. Ate the same but I went cycling, swimming, spending time with friends to get my mind off the gym and seems like .. i I don't really know:/ Thanks for all off your inputs and hopefully I can continue now with 10 percent deload!
