I want to build up to GOMAD but we lack the fridge space! What can I do instead? Any other options?

My first thought is cheese sandwiches but my wife reckons there's too much saturated fats if I'm eating two or more sarnies a day.

You lack the fridge space for a gallon of milk? Do you and your wife live in a college dorm with 4 other people? Is your refrigerator a mini fridge? This is so confusing.

I lack the fridge space for a week's worth of GOMAD yeah. 7 gallons.

We do our grocery shop a week at a time and live out in the countryside so cant just pop to the shop every day.

Sometimes you have to change your established routine to achieve a new goal. This seems like one of those times.

Are you significantly underweight? You don’t even need GOMAD unless you are.

Haha ok. Maybe I'll look into 'DIY fridges'.

Do you reckon cheese is a decent enough alternative at all? It basically has the same make up as full fat milk anyway
