Should I go easy 2 days after double RBC blood donation?
Donated double red blood cells today, so I'm about 15-20% low on rbcs, but well hydrated and have all my platelets/plasma.
Next workout is Wednesday morning, week 6 of NLP and the lifts are starting to get grindy.
Should I go easy Wednesday?

From my experience it doesn't matter if it's not on the same day. But i would eat and drink even more than normally.
Then you should be fine.
If you want to stay safe, put your next appointment to the end of the week for some extra recovery.
