Years ago I sustained a big injury playing rugby, pulling a muscle in my back (which fully healed) and also injured my elbow (golfers elbow I believe)... a week later getting back into training I managed to get a very minor pec tear as my elbow gave way under weight.

At that time I wasn't even able to do 1 pushup without my arm just giving way... thankfully that healed and I have been on and off training since.

My issues is recently critiqueing my squat, my left (good) arm gets under the bar much better, my wrist is straight and the arm feels tight and solid.

My right arm (bad elbow arm) doesn't get in the same position, it generally feels looser and my wrist isn't as straight on / under the bar, and after squatting a lot can give me pain on that side.


Is this something a physio could look at and fix? I don't mind paying for advice in that area if it will help but don't want to pay someone who doesn't even do anything.
