    • starting strength seminar jume 2024
    • starting strength seminar august 2024
    • starting strength seminar october 2024
    The added rest from the days off might actually be a good thing.
    I just want to be able to keep getting stronger.

    Well I start my 12 hr. shifts Tues & Wed, I'll be working 8:00 pm - 8:00 am
    Hopefully I can settle in and still make good progress with my training.
    Any other ideas would be appreciated.

    So six years later how did it go? Im starting 12 hour shifts soon so I did a search of shift work training schedules
