Is there a guidline or commonality when putting on weight where you are putting on too much fat for every pound of muscle for your program.

I think i put on 25 pounds and of it 7 is muscle.

Depends on how long it took you to gain that weight and what you ate to gain the weight.

is muscle gained with grade B beef less quality muscle then muscle that was fed grade A beef?
Is it less strong, does it react differently to stress or inflame differently?

This specific question was answered in another one of your threads, but you declared that you didn't want to read the link.
Why should anyone bother to reply to you when you won't even read the answers ?

edit: ok. Lyle's calorie partitioning article is a little dense. So the answer is yes there's a ratio and it varies from person to person. If you don't want to get into it the details just eat what Jordan says to eat.

Ask your self that question. Ask your self why would veryhrm answer a question in a post by Richie Rich. I'll meet yo half way and put you on the block list so i don't see your forum posts. And you can just save ya font for the next guy.

I was looking for the expertise from the man that wrote the game plan. If i designed a plan and coached for 20 years i might have a guideline that says diet to keep your muscle gains x % of your total weight gain or you are putting on too much fat for your trouble. Over eating is literally money down the toilet and senseless calories to burn later on down the line.

What data do you have suggesting this?

No. Beef grading has nothing to do with the matter.
