I know that you may not know, or be able to help me with this information, but hopefully someone on here can. My wife is 9 months postpartum and is suffering from Diastasis Recti, which is a separation of her abdominal tissue. This has caused her core to weaken and made bracing during her lifts painful for her. Websites, friends and others have given us a wealth of information, unfortunately a lot of it is conflicting. Perhaps you have helped coach a woman who has dealt with this issue, or maybe someone else on the forum has and may be able to offer help. Any insight or information would be great. Thanks!
