    Default Can you develop power during the post-novice cut?

    • starting strength seminar jume 2024
    • starting strength seminar august 2024
    • starting strength seminar october 2024
    Since cleans are primarily limited by CNS efficiency rather than muscle mass, could a person who already squats 300 obtain the novice PC gains while preserving rather than increasing strength/muscle? Or have i misunderstood something?

    You've misunderstood something. What is the purpose of the power clean?

    To keep increases in the ability to display strength explosively in proportion with increases in strength as such?
