Do the First 3 Questions Apply to 10lb jumps on squat?
I've been doing the program for a few weeks and run my squat up from 65 (yes I know I was a weakling, and maybe could have started higher) to 155 with 10 lb jumps. I barely made it through my work sets the last couple of workouts but I'm also only taking a couple of minutes between sets. Should I push that out to 5 minutes or more and fight to keep the 10lb jumps or drop down to the 5lb jumps?
The basics: 32 year old male, done some exercise but no real training before, 190 at ~20% body fat, DL: 175, OHP: 75, BP: 95 (basically started from the minimum on all lifts)
