This sounds like a problem the internet can't resolve.
Looking for some advice on an odd recurring injury of mine. I'm a rugby player, and between the tail end of my summer club season and now mid-season in University rugby I've had a series of hard hit to my forearms, which have left them sore to the point of weird hard bits and what feels like an exposed nerve near the elbow... a rope-like structure that feels almost like a hit to the funny bone if I rub it wrong. It's getting to the point where light taps feel substantially worse than hard hits to anywhere else. Ice, heat, massage of tissues and rest have all been tried with little to no benefit.
Wondering if anyone's gone through similar or just had any thoughts on what I could try.

Yeah I was afraid of that, I had just hoped someone on here had dealt with similar. Oh well, such is life.
