    hello mark i heard you mentioned the chin up protocol in your podcast 55 to fix elbow problems
    however after searching with the search engine on the website i cannot find it
    Could you maybe share the link, title or a clue to find it

    It's not the easiest article to find, even with the search. Like most of Rip's advice, it works best when followed strictly.

    I did chins when I had golfer's elbow and they hurt terribly; felt like the tendon was being ripped from the bone. I trusted what I read on here and kept doing them and my elbow got better. Something that rest alone was never able to accomplish.

    I moved it out a tiny bit. Lately though I've moved it back in but taken care to not crank my elbows back after reading this article:
