Chin up progression for arm strength
I can currently do BW chinups Of 3x15,12,12. I am competing in a regional teen armwrestling tournament in January which will require a lot of arm strength. If I want to get stronger at chins do I do them in sets of 5 like other lifts or something like 2.5kg a week and disregard reps achieved until I come down to doing doubles?
