Dowager's hump
Hello,
is there any compound lifts or exercises which adresses this issue, besides streches or weird neck exercises.

I'm rather kyphotic, as are my mother and my daughter (I'm male btw). Been this way all my life.
It hasn't gotten better or worse from training these last few years. It's just how my thoracic vertebrae are shaped.
Being kyphotic is an advantage for deadlifting, it makes my arms effectively longer. It totally sucks for overhead work and front squats though.
