    Hey Coach,
you always preach the press. It's known to be a good movement for shoulder health. After my LP I decided to ditch the press and bench 3 times per week. Now it has been around 6 months without pressing for me and over the months I developed shoulder (joint) pain. Of course there might be many different causes for that pain. I'm curious, wether the lack of pressing itself can lead to shoulder injuries, when other parameters are kept the same.
    Thanks
