I used the search and didn’t find anything similar, so I thought I’d ask......

Does anyone have experience with foot pain on the top/side of their foot from training? I’m not sure if it’s a shoe issue or what, but I thought I’d ask. I’m no doctor, but I googled the anatomy of a foot and would guess it’s the base of the metatarsal and cuboid section of my left foot. That and I get calf pain..... seems odd months into training.

I lift in adidas powerlifts and I do have a SSC. I wanted other opinions as well (e.g. the Coaching article).

I wasn’t sure if this should be placed here or in the training section. Feel free to move if training is more appropriate.
