    Question the lost lifting shoes

    Hello.
I've started lifting and I need shoes with:
    1. incompressible sole
    2. 0.65 inch heel height or 0.75 max (cause I want to squat and deadlift in these)
    3. metatarsal strap.

I live in France and I've found 3 models: Romaleos 3 , Adipower and.. Inov8 Fastlift 400 (0.65 inch drop)
It seems nobody is willing to make 0.65 heel height with TPU sole shoes.
    What do you recommend?
    Thanks.

I got 40% discount on the Inov8 Fastlift 400 so I ordered them. Will try them.
    Still waiting for your recommendations.

    tie the laces ?
    cinch the strap ?

    if they fit, wear them.

    sorry, that was short,

any half decent lifting shoe will be wonders better than not while we're novices.
by the time a 1/4 inch of heel makes a difference to you, (advanced competitor?) you can worry bout it then.

    wear the shoes, lift.

    Good question!

You are correct that lifting shoe market right now is a bit sub par. My guess is that you will be fine to pull in the Addidas Powerlifts or the Romaleo 3s. Most people can pull in a higher heel with no trouble. But you will have a decent lifting shoe if you order any of these three...
