    Default Pick apart my deadlift

    • starting strength seminar october 2024
    • starting strength seminar december 2024
    • starting strength seminar february 2025
    I've been having troubles with deadlift ever since I started , couldn't get the form down at all.

    I'm 175lbs , able to squat 3x5 325lbs and bench 190 3x5

    Here's my deadlift video

    This was right after I finished benching and warm up for deadlifts.Sorry , I don't have a video of me setting up for the deadlift , but this is least of what I could get . This is 295lbs

    Looks very good but it would be better if you turned your head down a little and locked out your knees more forcefully at the top.

    Im am also interested to know why your squat is so much higher.
