... And I've finally come up with this:

(rep 1 at 20 sec, mute if you don't want to hear my gym blasting Katy Perry)

So, anyone know where I can start fixing this? Should I focus on breaking at knees and hips simultaneously as the first point of improvement?

    Thanks

Bring your heels closer together. Let your knees travel further forward at the start of the squat. Think of getting them out. Do you see how far they go when you hit the bottom and they slide forward? That's where they should go at the beginning. We don't want that movement hhappening at the end.

But, really, I think the first step is to bring your heels in and point your toes a little more out.
Oh, and hit the buffet line.

OK so that's: heels in, toes out. Secondarily, if it comes to it, work on knee placement from the start.

Thank you very much! Can't wait to try that out.
