Amateur opinion:
mostly depth. bar might be a bit high on your back, but I can't tell precisely from that angle. I'd deload to 275lbs and get the depth right, then work back up.
Second set at 142.5kg.
What I see....a bit high but what else can I work on?

1) Your stance is wide. If you bring it in a bit, you should be able to hit depth fine.
2) Bar position looks off and unstable, wrists look bent.
Can you provide additional views from different angles?
Thanks Simma, what angle would be best?
I only have side views at present as I have been keeping an eye on depth....they don't show the bar or wrists. Will do another at next session.
When you say bar looks unstable, do you mean unbalanced? Could it be a bit lower?
Yes...my wrists are bent. Will fix that.
