    Hello, this is my work set of 5 reps, deadlifting 265#. Please comment on how to help me improve my form. Your help is appreciated in advance. Thanks.

    After staring at the video a bit, I realized I am dropping my hips after moving my knees forward to set my shins against the bar. I will correct that.
    What else should I do to fix this deadlift?

    Squeeze your butt to get your hips all the way through at the top.

    OK got it. I will squeeze glutes and pause at the top. I think I am not holding the lockout at the top for long enough with glutes squeezed. Thanks!
