Neat article, especially to hear from someone who used to press heavy, and then let it go...
But two quibbles:
"as Lady Macbeth famously said after murdering her husband the King" should read "as Lady Macbeth famously said after her husband had murdered the King".
and
(this one I am less certain about) "I break the Olympic press down into four parts:" seems like it should be "military" rather than "Olympic", based on context.

Actually, it's correct as written. He says "Start from the lay-back position you use on your Olympic press... hold this lay-back position for all your remaining reps" when talking about the military press, and the four steps involve the two lay-backs (steps 1 and 3). He just goes back to talking about the Olympic Press without much of a transition.
