    Not the best angle, and only 2 reps but I'm just curious to see if there's anything obvious that sticks out here. Thanks

    It looks like you're aiming for a strict press. Integrating the concepts for the Press 2.0 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tMAiNQJ6FPc will allow you to start the rep more efficiently without the little bounce you're using. Might require a deload though.

    The whole movement could be cleaner and more efficient, which is difficult when it's a near max weight.

    On the deadlift, it doesn't look like your back is getting into extension at all. Can't see your lower back, but your thoracic is obviously in flexion. I know it's not the end of the world when one knows what they're doing, but it just looks really scary. It's exacerbated by the way you jerk the bar off the floor as opposed to pulling all the slack out and squeezing up hard.
