We use it with kids all the time. Do the exercises correctly with appropriate weights and increases and everything will be fine.

Well I tell people to do the Starting Strength routine, 14 year old's like me, and im not sure about their build, strength etc, you sure it wouldn't hurt them in any way unless they will do the exercise's incorrectly?, since its pretty much on my responsibility I just had to ask you personally.
