    Squats aren't bad, but your stance is a little narrow. Go wider by about two inches. You let go and accelerate near the bottom and then catch yourself. Stay tighter. I also suspect the TM is not the right program for you at present.

    Thanks Tom. I'll try a wider stance and work on staying tight all the way to the bottom.
