Im taking a break from weightlifting to work on my form and to give my joints a chance to heal (just about everything hurts) and id like to strengthen my stabilizers, joint muscles (rotator cuff etc) to get rid of the pain i have now and prevent it in the future. I know about birddogs, external rotations for rotator cuff, strengthening abs to help with spine stability, im doing push ups, pull ups and bodyweight squats, dynamic stretching every day (just finished watching magnificant mobility, great movie).. What else can i do?
