Whenever i go heavy on squats i get a tightness in my hip on the right side.

i went to an art guy & he identified its my obturator inturnus that is getting tight, he does release on it & it feels normal again, but always after squatting i get that same tightening & unless i get it released it stays tight.

am not amazing on my anatomy & physiology, but what could i be doing form wise to consistently aggrivate it?

any help would be appreciated
