    Default Squat Check 255x5, 3rd set

    Hi guys,

    Just a basic squat check. A few weeks ago I had an issue with my knees darting forward at the bottom and so I dropped a few pounds and worked back up. Any comments welcome.

    They are shallow. 2 *may* have been good, though always a bitch to see on video. Get deeper, my friend. That bar is moving with pretty good speed, get deeper.

    Looks pretty good. Focus on staying a little tighter on the bottom.

    Heated ball sack apparently. I can see your breath in the video but you're wearing shorts. Jeeezus.
