    Hi Rip,

Previously, I was having a problem with my knees sliding forward at the bottom. I think I fixed it (per your advice) by using a TUBOW. I also tried turning my toes out a bit more. I think it worked as the ASIS-located tendonitis is healing.

Now I'm wondering about hip drive and stretch reflex. I'm not sure if I'm using hip-drive correctly and I don't feel much tension in the hamstrings, even in the hole. Maybe I'm too flexible in the hamstrings.

    1. Can you tell from this video whether I'm using hip-drive?

    2. Is the stretch reflex an obvious event for the squatter? Could someone be so flexible in the hamstrings that there is no stretch reflex?

    Thanks

PS. Sorry about the guy who got in the way of my camera.

    1. Not enough.

    2. It will be obvious when you get deep enough. You're a pube high. You are not flexible enough that this will not occur.

Thanks Rip. I'll work on it.
