Deadlift check
After having my deadlift form slowly go to crap, I have reset (315x5 -> 245x5) to attempt to really lock in my form. I'm 6'2, so it really took some convincing for me to set my shins 1 inch from the bar. I always thought my big feet necessitated setting up further away to keep the bar over midfoot. In a "shocking" turn of events, I'm no special snowflake, and 1 inch works well.

Observations:
STOP LOOKING IN THE MIRROR!
Looks like I'm going out around my knees on the way down.
They look faster than they felt.

Thanks for the feedback. Yeah, after seeing those on video, it does look like I overdid the reset.
