Numbness of foot/hand

I've had this nagging numbness on the bottom of foot (occurs when I stand/walk) and slight numbness in the hand since mid of last year. I've (stupidly) ignored this until this point as I didn't want to affect my progress on Texas Method. I've taken some time off gym for about 2.5 weeks and unfortunately it hasn't improved. Have you come across this before?

Not in this particular pattern. Neurological symptoms should probably not be ignored.
