Sets of 1 are tough to gauge. The heavy set of 5 would have been better. Why did you do a set of 1 after?

I am experiencing some lower back rounding. Does this appear to be a technique issue or a muscular imbalance issue (Ive got fairly weak abs/upper back). This was my last set of deadlifts done after 5 sets of heavy squats.
