re: swiss bar for geezers recommendation in practical programming, 3rd - any value in implementing its use before shoulder problems occur, in an attempt to preempt issues? presently painless when benching, but both cry like little girls with overhead press

also, any recommendations and/or criteria for selecting a good one?

head-on collision with 68 in a couple months and 50 years of heavy physical labor under my belt (everything hurts at one time or another...usually without rhyme or reason :-)
