150 kg squat form problem
Lately my squat form started to erode again .

I also started to feel a sharp pain (in both legs) at the soleous muscle - I have been told that it emerged , because I am doing morning walks at the beach (2-2.5 KM walks) . Can it be because of that or the squat themselves can cause the pain ?
Regarding the squat form - what should I do to cemente the form in my brain ? In the video I see that I am late with the bend over , so I need to do that simultaneously ? I am always thinking in my head : "Knees , bend over , sit back " .

You are correct in your assessment. You need to look down and start bending over right away. You are looking straight forward, descending vertically and then starting to lean over half way down
