Squat Form Check
Hey Coach,
First of all, thanks for all the help. I've owned SS for several months, but only truly began the program about 7 weeks ago. I've been lifting weights for years but only after beginning SS have I really seen my strength increase.
I finally have my squats to the point where they feel correct. I'm mostly concerned about the depth, but there might be some other problems I can't tell. Here are two of my work sets from today. I apologize for the bad quality, I might be able to borrow a better camera next time if you think that would help.

They look pretty good, if a bit speedy on the way down. Better control of the eccentric phase will make the drive up more efficient.
