    Hey,

    Continuing from here (http://startingstrength.com/resource...orm-check.html) I shot a new video.

    Hopefully this will be an improvement from the previous one. I'd also like to thank Tom for the feedback, the previous topic is closed and I didn't have the chance to write it there.

    What also did I say about singles? I am not interested in just one rep and you, my friend, have no business pulling heavy singles at this point in your training career. You are much too close to that rear wall to allow for a correct setup. Your butt is too low and the bar in front of your mid foot. Get at least another 50 cm away from that back wall and follow the setup steps to the letter. You are starting too far from the bar at present.
