Today's workout
Squat 205 3x5
Bench 202.5 1x5, 2x4
Dead Lift 310 1x4
The squats felt great today. i am working back to my PR of 225 where I strained a muscle in my upper thigh.
This was a PR work out. I don't have a spotter so did not want to attempt the 5th on the second set; might have made it. On the 3rd set, there was no way i could have gotten the 5th.
I screwed up on the dead lift today. I was going for a PR of 310, but for some stupid reason I overloaded the left side by 10 lbs. I continued the set anyway but had to stop on the 4th.
