When referencing the Friday session, Friday: 5-7 Press Singles @ 2-5 lbs more than your last “heavy” press workout AND 1x5 Bench
what exactly do you mean by your last "heavy" set?
Is this meant to be an increase of 2-5 lbs more than Wednesday's 5x5 set?
