Hello. You might find that there's a few people on here who care what you lift and that's some great progress so far :-)
My coach, Tamara, has been nagging me for a while to start a log. I have resisted because I could not imagine anyone caring what a 48kg woman can lift. She is relentless, however, and I gave in. I started lifting last year while still crossfitting I finally quit crossfit this past March to exclusively lift and train 5-6 days a week. When I started training with Tamara last year (after already doing crossfit for two years) my snatch was 22kg, clean 30kg, jerk 34 kg, front squat 34kg, back squat 50kg. Fast forward to today...snatch 40kg (soooo close to 41), clean 47kg, jerk 46kg, front squat 53kg, back squat 62kg. I have no athletic background and this is the most competitive I have ever been. I was a ballet dancer all through childhood and college and still teach. I am extremely limber from my days as a ballerina and Tamara often worries that my ass is actually going to touch floor on lifts or that my back is going snap.
I am a 35 year old mother of a 4.5 year old.
I am a competitive masters lifter.
I weigh 48kg and am 5'1"
I have been exclusively lifting for one year.
I did crossfit for almost 3 years.

41...miss. My pubic bone was throbbing at this point. I hit it yesterday while snatching for a pr. Although I don't hit my pubic bone while cleaning, I keep the bar so close to my body that even brushing the bar near that area was painful.

Damn my hands are killing me! Straps for sure next time. I almost never deadlift. Of the few times I injured myself at crossfit, each time involved deadlifts. I am pleased...this is not far from my clean grip deadlift pr (155#...I think).

I am amazed that I was able to stand up the 43 and 44. My elbows were not even close to being where they were supposed to be!
