    about 10% for squat, a bit less for deadlift.

    about 5 % for press and bench.

    If someone askes for the quick lifts, I iwill track you down and punch you in the dick. If you are female, I will perfrom a sex change operation on you and then punch you in the dick.

    5RM is aproximatelly 85% of 1RM for me.

    5rm is 80% for me on the squat.

    82% on the bench press.

    And about 88% on the deadlift.

    5 rm for me on the squat is 88%
    Bench is 90%
    Deadlift is 93%

    Interesting, I thought I was abnormally bad at reps but it looks like a lot of you are similar. By 1rm squat is 20% more than 5rm. Deadlift would probably be around 88% too! For pressing movements however, they are very close for me. 5rm would be something like 97% of 1rm.
