Coming off of short layoff due to a leg injury (playing soccer, not under the bar). Did some high rep, low weight squats while my groin was healing and am ready to hit the LP again.

Ignore the press and power cleans after the squat. Those have some obvious errors that I'll work on before asking for your time here.

Advice from Tom C. then was to get real shoes (done) and "Break with your knees and your hips at the same time. Right now, the first part of your descent is mostly knees. Drive your hips up hard from the bottom and stay with your hips through the middle of the squat."
