Default Squat Check, Have I Learned Anything?

Coming off of short layoff due to a leg injury (playing soccer, not under the bar). Did some high rep, low weight squats while my groin was healing and am ready to hit the LP again.

    Yesterday's last workset at 220 lbs: https://vimeo.com/96931323

Ignore the press and power cleans after the squat. Those have some obvious errors that I'll work on before asking for your time here.

My first squat check is here.

Advice from Tom C. then was to get real shoes (done) and "Break with your knees and your hips at the same time. Right now, the first part of your descent is mostly knees. Drive your hips up hard from the bottom and stay with your hips through the middle of the squat."

Depth is a little shy on most of your reps. Knees out will probably help as will having a sandwich. It is time to eat more, my friend. Get deeper and those will be pretty good.

My injured groin still feels tight and is giving me a false sense of the bottom, I'll stretch and push the knees out.

I thought I'd quit hearing that from you guys when I hit 200.
