    I’ve been experiencing some pain just above the knees and am curious if it’s from too much depth.

    Today was Medium day from Andy Baker’s Garage Gym Warrior, week 6. 335 lb 3x4

    Get your chest a little more verticle on the descent. The bar is coming forward.

    Depth is good. Perhaps a hair too deep, but in the absence of symptoms, a little extra depth isn't the worst thing.

    Just above the knee is a big area. These squats don't look excessively deep to me to be quite honest. Change your gaze to look 2 more feet in front of you. BIG chest and pin your elbows to your sides. You're having some thoracic rounding and it's causing your hips to shoot backwards on the ascent.
