    First rep looks okay and the rest are pretty ugly. My upper back looks rounded and I've no idea how to fix it. Not sure why my form sucks so much, this weight isn't terribly heavy for me. I'm about 10% off my max here (after a de-load).

    Are you the girl in red or the guy in black? The girl has a few problems, but the guy looks like he hasn't read the book or any of the posts about lower back position on this board, or watched the DVD. He looks like he learned to deadlift from a CrossFit Games video.

    No way you have ever seen Rip's DVD. The deadlifting segment stresses how it should be hard to get into proper starting position by raising chest up HARD without dropping your ass. You don't even attempt to do this, once.
