Hi Rip,
I want to get my fitness up for powerlifting and I'm thinking of adding GPP, I know you usually mention you like CrossFit style metcon but I'm hearing good things about sled dragging, what is your opinion on this? Good for increasing work capacity?

I use a sled myself. Less variety than CF, and thus produces less GPP effect because it is specific, not general. But it works well for the purpose you describe.
