I wanted to assess for weakpoints while i'm just starting texas method.
How would i do this to identify what body parts need assistance exercises.

I lost a lot of strength recently so i thought now that i have my new workout weights i can move a head with consistent training and assessing my profile.

How do i form a conclusion if my body is in proportion according to strength numbers

Maybe he should tell us where he gets stuck on his lifts. But, it's Richie, so never mind.

This is singularly the best response to any question I have ever seen on any forum.

    I don't see a question mark anywhere.
