    hello coach,

    I have been struggling with my squat for a while now.
    I believe i am weak in my squat because of my messed up technique.

    Bodyweight-81 kgs
    height- 5 feet 5 inches
    have'nt progressed much on squats.
    Help is much appreciated.

    Your stance is a little too wide and sometimes you lift your chest on the way up, but these are not bad squats on the whole. Narrow your stance and drive your butt up the whole way to the top. At the beginning of each rep, take in a big breath and really tighten down against it. Work to keep all of your torso musculature contracted at the bottom and as you begin your ascent.

    Do you have the pins set too high? It looked as though you needed to step up on the bottom cross bar to unrack and rerack the weight.
