    235x5 Final workset. I'm 5'11" 165lbs. Have a tendency to hyper extend my back so this is me trying to stay more neutral.

    I tried to follow the instructions for best video taking, but my basement makes it difficult. Any input would be very appreciated!

    To offset the inherent darkness of your basement, avoid wearing dark pants.

    Reps 2, 3, and 5 were high.

    I think in your attempt to keep your back in place, you instead don't lean over as much as you need to. Your back is essentially vertical, which is forcing you to lead with your chest as opposed to your hips. Get leaned over more at the initiation of the descent.

    Also, EAT. The stall cometh soon at 5/11 and 165.

    On rep 3 push your knees out more and a few of the other reps were high.
