    Squat form check, please.

    I've been developing Golfer's Elbow on my right elbow (it's the left one in the video, the one without the watch). I watched the videos on this topic and the gist seemed to be narrowing my grip will fix it. I tried that and it seems to help but sometimes the bar kind of rolls up over the spine of my scapula.

    Also I seem to be tilting to one side and don't know why. This only happens during my work sets. My right (left in the video) wrist extension is obvious. I don't know if that's the cause of the problems or a result of something else I'm missing.

    I appreciate the help and any links to videos and articles.

    Your problems here are quite common, and have been addressed hundreds of times. At some point, you're either going to have to learn to compare your videos to the instructional videos we make and the other posted videos that have been critiqued, or pay for coaching.

    Thanks Mark. Sorry if I'm abusing the form check forum. I'm happy to pay someone to help me with this. Jonathan Sullivan is about an hour from me. I'll try to book something with him. Or maybe do online coaching. I appreciate the book and videos and stuff. It'd be easier for me if there were more videos of really tall lanky skinny people but I understand that's not your problem.
